    ATN MK 410 SPARTAN

I just picked up my first piece night vision equipment today. I chose a relatively inexpensive Gen 1 optic to wet my feet. Can anyone chime in on their own experience with NV equipment if any kind?

    Oh. My. God.

For what application do you intend to use it for?

I prefer the head mounted one. But I would love to know more about this model from a personal point of view.

It's dual purpose. First I just want to see first hand how effective NV is. Secondly, to make my not so gun crazy friends ask, "What the hell do you need something like that for?"

It can function in daylight with the lens cover on (it has a small hole for light to pass through), but I think daylight use would not be practical. I may have to try it though.

    Thats a great looking Tavor!

Not our favourite brand, but still a stellar setup
