The Zastava is a very nicely made rifle. It's all metal except for a plastic butt plate.
It's accurate and has an adjustable trigger. Mine came with two five round mags.
The only issue I had was the occasional failure to extract. Apparently this is common
with these rifles. I replaced the extractor spring with a stronger one and it solved the problem.

I have a couple spare extractor springs if you end up needing one.

I got it home and put it in my gun cabinet and realize the thing is too short to reach the rest.
Nice purchase! I held one in my hands for the first time last summer, liked the fit and finish so I bought it for my son.
He can play with that until I go to the happy hunting ground, then he can have the 94/22 that I got from his grandpa.

    Thanks.

I got it to go crazy plinking since 22 ammo is realtively cheap. I'm thinking about getting a cheap scope for it just for fun.

Thanks linung and WG. I have had it out a few times now and have close to 500 rounds through it and not one issue to be had. I even got my boy out and he did very well shooting and now wants a rifle for himself. He wanted to be a sniper so he laid down in the grass and destroyed a zombie gopher, and it was one of the most enjoyable days we have had together.
