Nah, I still enjoyed that film. I think I remember reading that Tarantino went over board on the gun play in that scene on purpose, essentially making fun of the overly dramatic gun play in other flicks.

    1960s television.
The hero is standing in the middle of the street.
A car, moving at great velocity, hits him. He bounces off the window over the car and is thrown 20'.
After hitting the hero, the car jams on the brakes, shields his face with his arms and skids into a mailbox 100' away.
The hero stands up, and rubs his wrist; apparently his only injury. Not a scratch on him, and his three piece suit is not only untorn, it's not even dirty. The wrist pain dissipates immediately, never to be mentioned again.
The driver of the car is dead from the impact.

I would have expected the outcome to be different. It's an amazing example of Plot Armour.

    "Godzilla vs Kong (2021)"

    Godzilla is
    Height: 393'
    Weight: 164,000 tons

    Kong is
    Height: 104'
    Weight: 158 tons

    Ford Class Aircraft Carrier
    Displacement: 100,000 tons

So, Godzilla is 4x as tall as Kong, and Godzilla weighs 1000x what Kong does.
Godzilla alone weighs more than the largest aircraft carrier displacement.

    Fringe s2ep8 "August"
They have surveillance video shot at 30 frames per second, showing a bullet moving 1 foot per frame.
That means the bullet was traveling at 30 feet per second, or about 100 times slower than reality.

That’s referred to as “bullet time”.

    Be the bullet, Bob

Fury was supposed to be good... saw a clip. Didn't expect it to be a comedy.

Tanks are moving. The bushes, 2 inches away are on the right. Ma Deuce is pointing to the left. And our Brad, the glorious commander, Pitt is sitting on top of the machine gun, rubbing one out with the other guys while wet dreaming about german girls and/or Hitler.

What does the commander do after losing men in the ambush? After riding around with MGs unmanned? Drags out the new guy and yells: "You cocksucker! Look! That's your fault! That's your fucking fault!" I couldn't stop laughing for a while.

    Who writes this crap?

That’d be like wrestling barefoot with your little brother with the floor covered in legos.
Magua took the hatchet to colour with blood...It is still bright.

In the movie , the good guy takes a quick shot ( 1:38 min. mark ) with a 50 cal. rifle , yet it kicks like a 22 ; it does make one wonder ? Although I did like the movie , even bought the DVD so that I could watch it again as the nomadic lifestyle portrayed in the movie does have some appeal.

" Fate whispers to the warrior, ‘You cannot withstand the storm.’ The warrior whispers back, ‘I am the storm. " .... " And I looked , and behold a pale horse ; and his name that sat on him was Death, and Hell followed with him."...." I will execute great vengeance on them with wrathful rebukes. Then they will know that I am the LORD, when I lay my vengeance upon them.” ; Ezekiel 25:17
