Currently sitting just shy of 11,000 rounds. I haven't been shooting much this year thanks to the economic downturn and socialists taking money out of my pocket to give to lazy people.

I ended up selling my 590a1
I'd rather make a difference than a dollar.

This thread makes me happy. Every time I hear of someone wanting a new shotgun for a truck gun, camp gun or whatever utility type use, I say pick up an 88 and not have to worry about a scratch.

I'm not sure where my round count is now, it's certainly in the 3-5000 range. She's parked right now after firing it with barrel full of mud (I was unaware it had been dropped) split 6" of the muzzle end open. I'm putting a 14" conversion kit on it.

That's pretty much mine, but with bead sights, a military type sling, and the front stud moved back to the bayonet lug.

I have some larger swivels coming so I can use a replica m1907 sling

Still have to shorten the bayonet handle, because Mossberg soldered the rear barrel hoop 4mm too far forward...

the most fun 5-stand and skeet gun ever. I'm not going to bother having it threaded for chokes, as originally envisioned.

The 14s are fun little guns. I always bring it and a box of Remington sluggers out when I take newbies to shoot for the first time. It makes for a great flame show they can show to their friends later HAHA.

    Here's my 14" factory 590a1 in action

Lol I always wanted one of those. I looked long and hard at one of the blue line guns.

So, instead of tearing apart my 590 A1, I bought a 500 and went to town on it. I'll post pics, as soon as I figure out how to, the last few times I tried it didn't work out. Needless to say, the Magpul front end after a bit of modification, looks pretty cool with the Birds head grip on this shorty. Thanks to Aztech Armory for getting it out really quick, I'll be ordering some more goodies from them. It balances very nice with both the stock and pistol grip. The action is a bit tight, but after working it for a few days, I'm sure it'll smoothen out.
