    I have a Savage 10 FCP-K.
I have to be careful what i shoot out of it, very tight chamber.
One of the guys at a poker rally this year had the same gun and same issue.

Also,762 / 51 is a slightly different animal than .308 I'd bet a lot of rifles chambered for .308 would have extraction issues, etc. running milsurp.

Isn't .308 typically higher pressure and thicker case? Why would less powerful NATO rounds jam up?

From my FLCP-K, actually the biggest design flaw is a single extractor hook that makes quite a bit unreliable compared to the Ruger or Rem700 action.

    Still, fun to shoot.
