    TMJ HP

    Hi Guys,

I recently picked up some of the WASP ammo, which is reloaded in Sylvan Lake, AB. So far no complaints, in fact it seems to be more accurate than the bulk factory ammo I was using before in my 9mm.

I picked up a box of their 124gr TMJ HP and I am looking for some terminal performance info, but I can't seem to find any information at all on a total metal jacketed bullet with a hollow point.
Just as the name implies the total metal jacket continues inside the hollow point and around base of the bullet too, and I am wondering if this is a completely unique bullet to WASP or what?

Any info anyone has on this style of bullet would be great

    Thanks,

I don't think they are plated, you can see the forming marks in the bottom of the hollow point and scratching the copper doesn't reveal lead under it.
