10 shots at 10m, one hand (as always). Best group yet and probably never to be repeated, if I'm being honest.

    Damn cool.

I was pacing around restless, turns out I just needed to load some more 45s.

I think CFE223 and some of my remaining priv 69gr bullets will end up in these.

Is that CFE223 the magical pixie dust that they claim?

Not sure yet, I'm only reloading 223 and 308, so I've been using varget. Now cfe223 is cheaper, should meter better, can still be used in both, and at one point was easier to find.
The varget shortages seems to have passed.

The prvi 69gr bullets have been terrible so far, if cfe223 behind them makes them any better I'll be shocked.
The real test will be once I get some bulk 55gr SP or 62gr FMJ from henry. The Prvi bullets were for kicks.
Can't afford 69gr Sierras all season lol

'Loader 7 not make you irresistible to the wimmin, Rory?

The CFE meters nice, and I did have some good results with one upper and 55gr campros.

Then I saw the cheap bulk IMR stuff and began chasing "D4064" around the paper with middling results, because it was $26/lb or something

This year I'm doing a reset - no semi autos, just bolt guns. Maybe I'll have some joy

Or it could be that I'm just a bad shot.

Not sure if the Rl-7 will work on the fairer sex, I haven't used enough of it to find out.
It sure does a nice job in the 444 and I'm tempted to reserve the jug just for that.

Non sequitur, loading ul 30 rounds of 338 sure makes a dent in a pound of powder.

I really have a hankering for a .44 carbine. The Winchester and the Ruger 77 are about the same price. Marlin about $3-400 less. But I really like the Winchester and the Ruger.....
