Very nice, esp the Blackfeather furniture. Then again, it is made in Canada

Anybody have the CASM mount for their M14/M1a?
Thinking of getting one because these older eyes seem to need help, and even with a NM M1A with its sights, I'm at the age where inevitably iron sights won't be practical, no matter how much I like them.

It still has less shades of FDE than your average SCAR 16/17.

I put my Chinese m14 in a blackfeather stock and mounted a Nikon scope on the casm scope mount. Iron sights are gone, gun is pretty heavy, and I love it! It's my go to gun whenever I need to put a smile on my face! It shoots ridiculously tight groups for a semi running factory ammo. Took some time tuning the tension on the forend and trying different rounds. Turns out it loves superperformance 150grn SST and federal premium 165grn Sierra gameking BTSP the best. I gotta figure out how to post pictures, it's a beauty of a rifle
