Homemade pho made with whatever I had in the fridge.....

Ramen noodles, 2 Chinese sausages, 1 egg, raddichio, green peas, some homemade myeolchi boekum (anchovies, nuts) and a big tablespoon of sambal bajak to flavour the stock. Garnished with green onions and a few drops of sesame oil.

5 minute meal, one pot meal.

Yeah I do ramen "chow mein" every now and then. Cook some up and then flip it into the wok with some other stuff...usually leftover stir fry.

    Another heart smart entry...
Start with a layer of ground beef flattened on some foil in a cookie sheet.
Hams slices for the next layer.
As much cheddar as you can afford for the next layer.
Spinach next so you can tell your doc you eat some greens.
    Roll it into a loaf.
Lay out a pack of bacon on another piece of foil.
Put loaf on top and roll again.
    Bake.
    Enjoy.

Sweet Jeebus....but I could see some jalapeños and onions getting slipped into that.

    I agree.

This was the first attempt at it and my wife's garden will soon be full of peppers. hehe..

There is always room for improvement.

Lots of garlic in the beef to keep vampires away though.

Bok Choy is doing well in the garden. Had a stir fry with pork, carrots and califlower last night. Slightly peppery.
