Lunch meat fixens, small turkey stuffed with tangerines oranges and apples etc, rub olive oil, spice, wrap tight in a couple layers of tinfoil, throw in oven at 225 for 12hrs, broil a bit for desired brown factor, carve, make soup, effort almost zero and so moist….

Homemade garlic bread, the chilli was frozen previously (ack) but the boudin and smoked pig loin flavourings made it killer good. The Wife puts Saran around the goods, then snap the lid, then vac seal…..

Tonight…strips of pork loin on the bar-b-que, steamed veggies, and baked Japanese sweet potato wedges.

So home made sausage roll recipe in a collagen casing. One 8lb batch with onion and a 9lb batch without. You can taste the onion.
18 of the two is lunch for 3 days on fresh buttered bread. 9lb batch makes 100 4" sausages. Tastes great with just pork or 60% pork and (deer, bear, moose and heaven forbid beef). These are all 11lbs pork/6lbs deer.

The challenge of retirement is how to spend time without spending money.
There is no place in an anti's head where reason can enter. from a Napoleon saying with a tweak.
Look around is there someone you can introduce to shooting because that’s the only way we will buck the anti gun trend sweeping Canada! "tigrr 2006"

-15 C in the prairies, good time for a wee bit of Polski-Ukrainsky-Russkie borscht.
When ready in about 4 hrs, served with Artisanal bread, and watch the Jets play.
