Normally the bacon would be in strips. But I cut it all up like the outfitter video I watched. I won't do that again. He cut up 4lbs of bacon, fried it in a big cast iron pot. Dumped out some grease. He then dumped over a dozen eggs in the pot. My heart wouldn't like that.
One of his videos of a bunch of sausages cooked then covered in Yorkshire pudding sounded interesting. My cholesterol wouldn't like that one either. Something like toad in the hole.
