    Bear patty with potatoes. The patty had some spices from a pepperoni recipe and garlic, onion, fennel, montreal steak spice and coriander powder. Just a meat and potatoes kind of guy.

    Feb has been comfort food dinners and very low effort…….. Pork shoulder crock pot goulash - Scallops, prawns & crab fettuccini - Kellogg’s breaded chicken with a tail and scallops & prawns over rice.

    I cannot overstate how cheap seafood is here, after paying BC prices, we are in Hog Heaven!
    Salmon with a seafood curry mix and the lowly chop with a couple shrimp over rice……..

    I may have found my new favorite condiment. I found some pork belly on sale this weekend. It'll be slow-cooked and made into tacos.

    I noticed everyone is using little side plates for their dinner servings..
    Doesn't anyone use a dinner plate anymore?
    What's with the tiny portions...?
