    Had the first of this year’s venison kielbasa last night. Roasted in the oven with onion, then broiled to get that crispy finish. It’s a good batch, seems to improve a hair every year. Rice with turmeric and a chop salad with some sort of dill dressing to top it off.
    Cleverly disguised as a responsible adult.

    How the heck can I buy wild sockeye (labeled as anyways - Costco) cheaper than in B.C.?? Was ever so delicious and that’s the last so a refill run to the Humble Costco tomorrow………

    I’m going to post the before and after smoking of the Easter Leg of Lamb.
    Tons of garlic, olive oil, oregano, rosemary, and more garlic.
    5 lb bone in leg roast, set smoker to 250. Use cherry wood for smoke.
