I know there are a lot of pressure cooker/air fryer non believers but it has to be a staple in a kitchen. Very shallow learning curve, almost idiot proof. 2 chicken breasts for 6min on high pressure cook, natural vent for 3min, vent the rest off and air fry for 4min. With letting the pressure cooker come up, one is still under 25min to it sitting on a plate and the juicy tenderness is truly incredible.......

My attempt at the Alton Brown grilled cheese.

This will not win any heart smart recipe awards.

Start with my no knead bread baked this morning. Covered in butter and of course full of shredded mozza and cheddar.

Naturally one must add more cheese...

Bread is toasted under the broiler and bonus ham was added.

Cheese also gets some oven time before going on top.

Put it together and then back in the hot oven for a few minutes so everybody can get to know each other.
