Simple meal tonite. Pot roast and baked root veggies. Washed down with a Longbow cider.

After an afternoon of fiber-glassing in unusually warm temps it was perogies with fixins' and a cold GWB beer for dinner. Now for a walk to the cornerstone for a lotto ticket then home to enjoy a splash of some 2019 Laird of Fintry whiskey and some election results.

Off work at 2:00 these days, so I fired up the smoker on a Tuesday.

Down to the last 7 vacuum sealed pink salmon fillets, this makes me sad and yet motivated at the same time.......

    Haven't does this thread yet.
Tuesday night dinner...Wednesday was pretty much the same.
Salmon. Smoked Sausage. Brussel sprouts sautéed with Red Onion .
Touch of Blue Cheese Dressing on the side.
That's a Korean BBQ spice on the Salmon. Like the heat from the different peppers and ginger.
Last night I substituted Chorizo for the Sausage.

I think it’s about time to pick up a nice chunk of salmon and try it in the smoker.

    Now, that is a meal.
