Smoked bourbon butter steak, grilled lettuce salad (with homemade bacon) and grilled corn with a chili-cilantro butter.

Beautiful day on the Prairies, what better a time to fire up the egg with a big Black Angus brisket:

In about 12 hrs - yum!

No pics, but yesterday we enjoyed pulled pork samiches, chicken wings, and jalapeño poppers, all smoked over chunks of an old bourbon barrel. The only leftovers by the end of the evening was a full bowl of slaw.

Time to make the tiger sauce - mayo, lemon juice, horseradish, and a sh!tload of fresh grated garlic mixed together.

Some of the dudes said they could taste it, but I couldn't tell the difference between it and your average oak chips. But it was delicious nonetheless.

That looks a whole lot better than the spaghetti and meat sauce we're having. Although, there's garlic bread too. Still nothing to write home about.
