Got my new gas grill on Tuesday. Grilled up a pork steak and some buffalo cauliflower for supper tonight. No pics. It vanished that fast.

Slow smoked brisket. Its been on since 8am. Hopefully finished by 7 or 8pm tonight. Home made fries and corn bread muffins are in the works.
