    Hunting Snacks?

I'm going shopping after work for hunting snacks. I'm buying a big bag of chorizo's from the local deli (Smokehaus Meats), and then probably some assorted fruits and cheeses. Maybe a couple cans of oysters too!

Whats your favorite snack to take into the field when you go hunting?

Usually put a couple packs of corn nuts and a couple cliff bars in my pack.

Can of mussles and either some laughing cow or baby bell cheese makes a meal; hard boiled egg; Seasame Snacks for a treat.

After Oct. 31 of course it's leftover halloween candy instead of the seasame snacks.

Nothing is better than hunting deer in Nov. with antelope jerky in your daypack though.

For back at camp, sometimes I'll mix and match a trail mix type of thing. Long as it's got pumpkin seeds, some kind of salty nuts, chocolate and some sweet dried fruit in it it's golden.
