anybody else go out with their stik and string to take any birds this weekend? i went out yesterday for a few with shotgun but no luck. went out this evening with lb and bamboo arrows. thinking im gonna change my flu flus. 2 feather spiral wrap is a bit much. they slow down way to quick. i couldn't contact a single one even out to 15yds. arrows were puttering to the ground by then. i flung at about 2 doz but the arrows never made it to them. anyone else have better luck?

I bagged a couple of Ruffies on opening day. I saw several more, but they buggered off before I could get them. Only had the 22 with me at the time.

Upland opens this coming weekend in Sask. My good friend is getting married opening day, so I might be a bit late to the wedding.
