was waiting for a review of this rifle , this is probably the only ''outdoor'' rifle i'm interested to atm.

apart of the fact i'm completely in love with the laminated wood used for the stock (beautyfull X100) , there's stainless everywhere on this gun, and the new 2 stage trigger group is intriguing. of course since it's a tikka, meaning sako, the action feel is labeled as ''smooth like butter'''.

the rail mount is very, very nice, while i would probably use the irons as much as possible trying to avoid to put a scope on this gun ; the rear sight with it,s 6 different positions (from 100 to 600meters) is really appealing for me ; it,s just me, but i lovelove the look of this C19 arctic with its factory sights....while i know at some point a scope would probably make its way on it.

i'm truely in love with this rifle.

Very attractive rifle. Wish I could test one out and see how far those iron sights can take you.

the rear '''drum''' sight is very attractive; been designed specialy by sako....seems like shooting at 600 is possible with the arctic sight system .......as long as you have an acceptable eyesight lol.

That's about the only thing keeping me from owning one...

The stocks are definitely polarizing. Some hate, some love it. I'm in the latter category. I love everything about that rifle except, as others have noted, the damn price tag...

Pretty ugly rifle, and an even uglier price tag.

That rear sight is really interesting and I would love to give it a try. However, when I look at that price tag and think of all the other cheaper used rifles I could buy with that money I say to myself "move along nothing to buy here".
