    Thanks I bought the 6.5x55 from a guy I worked with . He told me one he had a rifle he wanted to part with he did t hunt no more . I got the rifle for $150 I bought it unseen . I was super delighted when he brought it to me . I have had the Fajen stock redone and the steel reblued later , the bolt jeweled, and I got a timney trigger installed and I changed the scope . I love carrying it a it shoots real nice . It's a favourite of mine now .

    i just picked one up as was started . i finished it off and what a shooter it had everything there boyds stock timney trigger perfect barrel . the bad base holes for scope mounts But no problem for me now it shoots great and 350$. I had a sightron big sky ii 4x12x42 so put it on these scopes are great no more leupolds around this camp anymore unless there old ones. that 6.5x55 can be loaded up and kills the creed
