I certainly believe the point system you described is where the Liberals want to take it. But they were afraid to this time round. We need to keep them afraid.

Nope. The lowers are different. There was that "shelf" thing a while back which would about all the could do if they banned those. When that notice came out I think it was determined that the vast majority of AR-15's weren't affected.

One of the first things you learn in law school...most crimes are conspiracies.

    Good waffle though.

The big win for them will be removing black guns. This is step one. They are already making laws that used to exist, not exist, to meet their needs.

I’m more of a bacon n egger actually. For waffles, I really prefer:
    Waffle House (pecan waffle rocks)
Golden Waffle (something about the malt)
    Huddle House
    Smittys
    Denny’s
    IHOP

Admittedly mostly US places. But a great pancake place is in Drumheller...

You’ll see I’ve done a few posts of over speculation or “hold my Chardonnay” possible quotes in other threads. So poking the worst case scenario stuff with similar stuff is merely entertainment. Mostly for my own. If you enjoyed or offended, so much the better. Bland indifference means it’s just for me then.

C-71 analysis and summary by CLW .45

Increases firearms prohibitions, increases the ability to deny or revoke firearms licences, increases the harassment of the licenced purchase of not yet restricted firearms, and increases the harassment of the requirement to obtain authorization to transport.

This bill is a blatant violation of your right to defend life, liberty, and property.

    Yup.
