Looking for a new .223 bolt high accuracy

I've been wanting to buy a new bolt action in .223 for like 3 years now. I really wanted to pick up the Mossberg MVP when it came out, but never did. What's something I could get good accuracy with at 300yards? I haven't gotten anything in years and don't really know what's out there anymore.

What's your budget range? That MVP runs about $1300Cdn at Cabela's Canada now. You want that style? The sort of pretend AR?
Any non-Axis from Savage(their BA Stealth is their answer to the MVP.). Probably a special order thing.
Where you are matters a bit as prices vary from place to place.

A nice, very accurate factory offering is a CZ-527 Varmint.

Have had very good luck with Savage however a CZ should also be very good.

I am really impressed with the Browning X-Bolt in 25-06.
I imagine it would be every bit as nice in 223.

I'm really impressed with mine in 308

A regular mvp isn't going to cost $1300 either, a quick google and the heavy barrel varmint model is $860 at cabelas, $840 at wolverine for the patrol model, $770 for the predator model at wanstalls. The one with the mdt chassis is over $1k

What's the purpose? Happy with my 700 at the range, if I was hunting an xbolt or cz would be nicer to carry & nicer rifles aesthetic wise compared to rem, savage or mossberg.

Damn I forgot about CZ. That's definitely a good option. Does it come in heavy barrel?

Yep, that CZ-527 above has a 25" heavy varmint contour.
