Well I was still worried with the match being tomorrow. I tried the string method again, same numbers.

I was wondering maybe if there was friction from the rope. Lets try something else. So I got 3/16" rod and bent it. A can with snare wire.. Measured 3.5lbs. As soon as I took up the slack... Click...Tried again, click. Its about 2.8lb trigger.

Rutt roh...Knowing that won't pass the 3.5# limit. So last minute gun change w/o a data sheet to go with.

Can you take it to the match and ask them to measure it?
If it's good you can use it, if not then use the other one.
    Don't blame me, I didn't vote for that clown. Oct 20, '15

I could. But I don't think it will pass now, doing more tests.
