Post pictures of your Smoke House

Store bought or home made! I need ideas. I have been collecting over racks (10) and need to build a smoke house soon. I have a folder full of recipes for fish to sausages.

My DIY vert. box propane smoker - thread to look at

This should take care of most of the rest.

I’d been thinking of making one just under pallet sized and moved with tractor forks and or wheels under the pallet. Easy storage, transport.

I just use a Bradley Smoker.
I don't smoke enough to need big one but if you're looking to do a easy system that's decent, you can buy those Bradley smoker generators separately and attach it to any box shape item you choose. It also comes with attachment to join it to your box, minus the 4" dryer hose.

Old refrigerators work good because you already have a sealed door plus it's insulated. Intake hole and a vent of some sort and you're good to go.

Then you can sit back with your favorite beverage and just feed it various flavored wood pucks.

I have a Weber Smokey Mountain cooker. Works awesome!

Might not be as large as you are looking to do, but they are a very good unit.

I guess it don't show the smoker very well, but mines a Pro Smoker (L'il PKs Smokehouse) model. Halfords handles them. Have had it for 5 years or so and couldn't be happier. I didn't want anything where you have to buy those pucks. I mostly use willow, which is available right in my barnyard. Here's a couple loins made into back bacon.
