Garlic lovers chicken.
Whole chicken cut up into 14 pieces. The smaller the more flavor it absorbs.
Marinade
1 whole bulb of garlic minced
3 tbs of concentrated beef bullion
3 tbs of soya sauce
1/4 cup of ketchup
1/4 cup of coleslaw dressing.
mix above together in a bowl large enough to dunk pieces of chicken.
put dunked chicken in a large ziplock bag with remaining sauce. Mix around and stick in fridge for 4 hours.
We put the chicken on a silicone cookie sheet on top of tinfoil to bake for 1 hour at 350. The smell cooking is awesome.
