    Hugh's garlic chicken

    Garlic lovers chicken.
    Whole chicken cut up into 14 pieces. The smaller the more flavor it absorbs.

    Marinade
    1 whole bulb of garlic minced
    3 tbs of concentrated beef bullion
    3 tbs of soya sauce
    1/4 cup of ketchup
    1/4 cup of coleslaw dressing.
    mix above together in a bowl large enough to dunk pieces of chicken.
    put dunked chicken in a large ziplock bag with remaining sauce. Mix around and stick in fridge for 4 hours.
    We put the chicken on a silicone cookie sheet on top of tinfoil to bake for 1 hour at 350. The smell cooking is awesome.
    We will see what tomorrow brings.

    Ketchup and coleslaw are mandatory ingredients in the southern states. It was on a burger in the fast food joints down there.

    Next time I think I'll just use half a bulb of garlic. The kitchen still has a strong smell of garlic in it this morning. Time for some fans. But its -22 outside.

    I like lots of garlic. I put that sh*T in most everything. Now i need to go shopping for some bird.
