    What do you guys think?

So I've had my Savage 10 FCP-SR up for awhile now looking for trade offers and this came across my lap.

midwest free float quad rail- 12.5"
    14.5" barrel
    ergo grip
    stubby pistol grip
Magpul MBUS pop up front and rear sights
    Young Manufacturing chrome bolt carrier
    spikes tactical lower
    aero upper
    Quad rail covers
    sight mark red dot
    3 mags
    AR wrench
    spare black grip
    AR magwell block

Personally I think it looks very pretty! I'm getting tired of the long range stuff and looking more into 3 gun.

I'll be honest with you buddy. I can't stand it when somebody tries to turn a black gun into another color....just my 2 cents...I know a lot of people like the look.

I'd go for it, I like it; it looks pretty set up for 3-gun, plus trading is way funner than cash!

I'm glad I'm not the only one. And jwire said it, pass, sell the savage and buy what you want/need the AR market is awesome right now, lots of quality options at fair prices

Looking at the parts, and the list. Its someone's custom build that I am guessing didn't give them what they wanted.
I don't think 1 its worth your rifle in trade, and 2 will be what you want in the end.

I've had it for sale for as low as $1400 and no one wanted it (been for sale off and on for a couple months). The only offer I've had to buy it was rifle and scope for $1100 shipped. Thats when I decided to put it up for a trade instead.

So far this is the second trade offer since switching from selling to trading, the first was for a $1100 JR Carbine in 9mm.

Don't know why my rifle is only worth $1100

I know to build the AR would only be worth $1300 total (I priced it out) and my rifle brand new is worth about $1800 in parts.

IMO the ar isn't worth that compared to what's available on the market. I went through this a few weeks ago I sold a M4 for half of what it cost me to build a couple years ago, and this was a top tier piece. You can get a top tier factory built ar for a few bucks more, the market is awesome right now which is good but sucks for those of us that built and bought ar's when there was a dry spell a few years back

Yeah I can build an AR cheaper but that all depends on being able to sell the Savage. Right now no one is buying. Hell I could buy a Norinco AR and be happy

To build the exact AR offered it would cost me right now $1300 for all brand new parts. So yes a good chunk cheaper than what my rifle would cost.

Well I'll keep the ad open a little while longer and see if anything else pops up.

Maybe if the AR had a better optic.
