judges will be non contestants from Calgary

1st,, 2nd,, and 3rd will be prize winners

How it will work,, Mail a 1 liter sample to me

I'll invite a number of GoC members for a tasting,,, do some video / pictures

In Mexico there is no making it in bulk, and it’s all just the chopped vegetables.

The first time I went down there I didn’t even know what it was because I was used to the soupy red stuff, but wow is it ever amazing when it’s freshly made.

The problem is that obviously it’s very labour and time intensive when you have to cut everything fresh every time, but it’s really the only way to keep them from turning soupy.

My wife tried to make it here and kept the leftovers in a mason jar and it lasted less than a day. I’m just too lazy to do it more than a couple times per year, for occasions like Super Bowl.
    I have no signature block.

The inbred bias from Calgary will be cancelled out by the inbred bias from sask.
Why does the rest of the country get first dibbs on half my income?

Hey we're not biased against the inbreds from Calgary.

I do something simple for summer.

Equal parts seeded tomatoes and sweet onions, finely chopped. Lime juice and cayenne powder to taste.

Add in diced avocado to give it body if desired
