    watching the video, I'd say you need to hang that gong looser, mine hangs under a "sawhorse" and only the gong moves

    Also it's on top of a ground berm, that not fully flat. So it's getting the rocking effect.

    We use truck flaps and conveyor belt. Works good. A few drywall screws go through it easily.
    If cutting conveyor belt the trick is to bend the edge you're cutting over a board. Then even a small box cutter will do it with a few swipes. Without bending it over a 2x4 it'll take all day.
