    Remington R12

Just looked at the Remington Versa Max R12 today....ooooo it looks good! Supposedly its self adjusting, short-stroke, dual piston gas operating system can fire any load reliably...from door breaching to magnum

obviously there will be mixed opinions of the forend...i like it

    serious controls lol

I want to comment on the fore end... but I can't figure out whether I like it or not?

I do like the controls though! They aren't pretty but oversized and weight reduced is a plus.

I've never owned a semi-auto shotgun, what's the button for? Is it a bolt release? Cause that would be pretty cool.

yes it is the bolt release..semis are great and their recoil management systems make them softer shooting than pump actions.

The fore end looks straight out of something Mossberg.

    The rest looks pretty good.
