    Pistol parts in canada? 1911

I am thinking of a 1911, maybe a norc, wheres the best place to get mags, recoil springs, anything I might need down the road? I want something I can get parts for? I know where to get any glock part made, but I don t want a glock. I want to be able to buy holsters, mags, springs, and other parts to swap out, thanks

In Canada, look up your local gunsmith or Western Gun Parts in Edmonton.

Pretty slim for one stop shopping, I went with brownells for 10rd mags, dlask for 8rd magazines
Wanstall & double tap sports both have some good parts, sights, safeties, grips, mag wells, ect. just not in large numbers.
Dlask is also making their own parts

Double Tap ( top of the page ) has one of the best selections you'll find in all of Canada.

I don't recall seeing any rules against it.

Just do a search with the Google machine; "1911 parts Canada", they are out there, and not stupid expensive. Going on 3 years for my nork, 1000s of rounds, and zero issues.
