What hot sauce do you use?

We usually just use franks, or rooster sauce, but I'm sure there are better options.
I don't like my face to ignite, but I do like good flavour.
Why does the rest of the country get first dibbs on half my income?

I use a this. I have only seen it at Coombs market on Vancouver Island so I stock up when I go. It’s not obnoxiously hot but has a nice flavour.

I do like a lot of heat on my food and will use a full ghost pepper in a bowl of soup or on a burger so our ideas of what’s hot may differ.
I have another sauce called “Da Bomb” that is very hot, one drop in a bowl of chilli is almost too much for me.

Louisiana for all those times "this is good but it's missing a little something."
    Tobasco, but hot.
I actually prefer the Wal-mart knock-off brand Tobasco, it's thicker, quite nice.
Valentina's, they make two, Yellow label is a beautiful Mexican sauce with just a bit of zip.
The Black label is exactly the same thing, but quite hot, delicious stuff.
Tapatio, Mexican, bit of zip, really tasty.
Goya, tiny bottle, yellow lid, tastes similar to Tapatio but a good bit hotter.

    Frank's Exxtra hot.
Frank's Buffalo wing sauce, very nice. There's two, Original, and same label with a little black box on it is the hot version. Maybe the nicest factory wing sauce, really good.
Tony Roma's Buffalo wing sauce mixed 1/2 and 1/2 with Frank's Exxtra hot is the best wing sauce, period.
Tobasco makes a Buffalo sauce which is just beautiful. Tastes great, nowhere near as hot as normal Tobasco.

I just realised maybe I have a problem...

I don't really use much hot sauce, when I do it's tobasco.

I normally just use cayenne to add heat, and I put it on everything

For something other than Frank’s I get the Wings hot sauce. Only thing is I’ve only found it at Real Canadian Wholesale and it only comes in boxes of 500 or so packets.

    That takes some decanting...
