Haters gonna hate. You know the bolt doesn't touch the receiver, right? The 180 b was made of sheet metal and plastic.

Unless you are the FO, in which case you better hope the rounds don't go too short.
While I was in the service, one of our rounds landed behind the FO, it really really piss him off ............. hahaha

From the picture, it looks like the sight rail are "too high" relative to the stock.
I wonder whether standard AR scope mount will give the correct scope height ?
In any case, when it show up in the local store, I will go check it out.

I think the main giveaway is they're promising a 15" handguard on an 18.7" barrel, yet clearly that's much more than 4" of the barrel showing.

That looks like a 12" handguard, tops. I'm not sure why they have such a short gas system, though (?)
I heard it mentioned that the handguard shown is not what is going to be shipping with the rifle, a slimmer mlok one will be

They added in some of the features that exist as add ons (bolt release, ambi mag catch, shell deflector), which are good upgrades.

The switch to the AR-15 charging handle? That's a little head scratching. It's adding a lot of height, and while it does mean the sides get closed up, and the rail is made to spec, it does trigger people's "this looks odd" reflex.

Due to the high charging handle, you can probably add a cheek riser to make up some of the differnce on that end, but the stretched vertical handguard probably needs to go. Just a 8 sided tube with M-lok slots would work fine, as long as they size it so that some common height rail will match from the top to the receiver's height for those who want to start adding back up irons.

I don't like charging handle. I was thinking about getting the WK180C, but I wouldn't get this new version 180NSR.
