Shell out a few extra bucks and get the Shadow 2.
Both of them are great pistol. After awhile, you'll regret not getting the Shadow 2. So just buck up, bite the bullet, and get the Shadow 2.
It's inevitable.

I paid 779$ two years ago @ wolverine I think. Just watch for sales.
I like the CZ better.
I’d like to try a Grand Power, but I’d want the fancy one too, being of the buy once cry once mentality now.
I’ve been putting it off for years. I do enjoy the CZ. To me it’s the European 1911 - it’s everywhere and everyone seems to clone it.
And it’s steel.
The CZ 85 Combat is a bit of a sleeper, but also worth looking at. They used to be a good savings over the Shadow, but that was some years back.
I’m sure if the CZ ate trigger springs, someone like Wolfe would have a better spring. I’ve heard of the slide stops going after several thousands of rounds. By design it’s a consumable part, as I understand it. I’ve never broken one, so I must not have that many thousands of rounds through mine,
If you tried it out and liked it, CZ 75 is never the wrong choice.
