Obama was always quick to have police arrested and charged with violating criminals constitutional rights.

Trump should have Governor Ralph Northam of Virginia arrested on 8,517,685 counts of violating the constitutional right of Virginians.
Seriously, he should do it; Obama set the precedent.

VA Dems Drop AR-15 Confiscation After 1000s of NRA Members Show

    14 Jan 2020

Virginia Democrats withdrew an AR-15 confiscation bill Monday after thousands of NRA members showed up to oppose new gun controls.

The NRA asked members to flood the January 13, 2020, Virginia Senate meetings and ensure pro-Second Amendment voices drowned out those calling for gun control.

Video from hallways outside the meetings showed NRA members responded en masse:

The Washington Free Beacon reports the presence of thousands of NRA members “appeared to have an impact.” Democrats withdrew a bill aimed at AR-15 confiscation and moderated other gun control proposals.

But NRA-ILA Virginia state director Daniel Spiker made clear the changes, though good, were not enough.

He said, “While there were some improvements to some of these bills, overall, it’s still bad legislation. Putting in more regulations and making it more onerous on the law-abiding citizens of Virginia is not something we stand for.”

Richard Cosner, a Chester, Virginia, preacher, was present to oppose new gun controls.

He pointed out attempts to legislate gun control serve as a way to usurp the Constitution: “The Constitution is specific; it ‘shall not be infringed.’ If somebody wants to restrict those rights then they need to follow it by altering the Constitution, not by putting in place legislation that is in conflict with the Constitution.”

Virginia was the cradle of the Confederacy 160 years ago. Looks like they might start another war.

The rally for the 20th is still planned
A quick recap for next Monday's festivities:
-all weapons have been banned from all capitol grounds. In addition to weapons, armor and helmets are also banned.
-the ban is going to be largely ignored
-do not count, or rely, on the MSM for information, if you're on IG start following the guys from the EMilitia (on the second pic), or @trijiconch, @deathbyboogaloo, and others like them who will be at the rally
-absolutely expect a false flag attack. With so many people peacefully demanding their rights be left alone, while armed it is going to be the perfect opportunity to send rounds into the crowd or add a plant to kick things off.
-carrying is still encouraged by those leading the rally
the wild still lingered in him and the wolf in him merely slept

This will be very interesting, if it goes as planned many of the militia leaders will be there and their people. Absolutely a false flag is coming, they need to show that gun owners are crazy and a menace. Who will be guarding the hen house with all these people at the rallies? The gov knows well who is who, what is stashed, food stored, you can't bring in a world government with Americans armed to the teeth even though their tech is old school compared to what the government has hidden. This has been orchestrated by design.

They have poisoned the population with big pharma, GMO processed foods, CIA bringing in massive amounts of drugs, 48% of the American population is now obese and the list goes on. The destruction of the US is speeding up.

Virginia Governor Declares State Of Emergency Ahead Of Gun Rights Rally

Gov. Ralph Northam said state intelligence analysts have identified threats and rhetoric online that mirror the chatter they were picking up around the time of the deadly white nationalist rally in Charlottesville in 2017.

Fearing potential violence, Virginia Gov. Ralph Northam is declaring a state of emergency and is banning firearms and other weapons on the Capitol grounds in Richmond ahead of a gun rights demonstration planned for next week.

"We have received credible intelligence from our law enforcement agencies that there are groups with malicious plans for the rally that is planned for Monday," Northam said during a press conference Wednesday afternoon.

Gun rights supporters are preparing to converge on Richmond for a lobbying day and a rally Monday morning. They're opposed to efforts by Virginia Democrats — who've just taken over control of the Virginia legislature following the November 2019 elections — to pass a slate of gun control bills backed by Northam.

The event, hosted by Virginia Citizens Defense League, is expected to draw thousands of armed demonstrators, some from out of state. Organizers have said they hope to hold a peaceful event.

But Northam said officials have heard reports of "out-of-state militia groups and hate groups planning to travel from across the country to disrupt our democratic process with acts of violence." He said they "are coming to intimidate and to cause harm."

Northam is raising concerns about a reprise of the deadly violence surrounding the white supremacist march in Charlottesville in August 2017. He said state intelligence analysts have identified threats and rhetoric online that mirror the chatter they were picking up around that time.

"Please know that we have been preparing extensively to protect public safety at Monday's rally. But no one wants another incident like the one we saw in Charlottesville in 2017," Northam said.

Monday is Martin Luther King Jr. Day.

On a Facebook page organizing the gun rights demonstration hosted by the Virginia Citizens Defense League, several commenters expressed frustration at Northam's move to restrict guns from the Capitol grounds. One wrote, "This is simply a move to infringe on not only our 2nd Amendment rights but our 1st Amendment rights as well."

Northam asked organizers of the event to "disavow" any groups who would threaten violence.
"Mr. Speaker, we really could replace Justin Trudeau with a cardboard cutout, and his peanut gallery wouldn't know the difference"
