New Springfield Marine Corps Operator .45ACP

Just picked up a Springfield Loaded Marine Corps Operator 1911. Really excited to get it to the range. Anyone else have any Springfield 1911ís?

I love the two-tone, but those grips are making my tired eyes go blurry

I normally only go for blued or stainless guns, but that one does look pretty sweet.

No. But that sure is a nice specimen.
I've had 5 1911's in the past but not a Springfield.

Wouldn't mind trying another. But I myself I would go on the more affordable side

"Marine Corps Operator" is pure marketing BS. SA Inc. does make pretty good stuff though. Except for the part that they void your warrantee if you use reloads. Now you need to run out and buy a 'Loaded' M1A!

I mean I didn’t buy it for the MC Operator part tho it does sound cool. I like the Springfield line of 1911’s and this colour combo caught my eye. It falls under their loaded series.
