A more appropriate headline would have been "4 bandmembers not getting laid...ever".
"It is an absolute truism that law-abiding, armed citizens pose no threat to other law-abiding citizens."

Ammo, camo and things that go "blammo".

    Just left of Sask.
I am amazed I have survived living in Alberta for this long as I have only ever driven on bias ply or all season tires. This is the things nightmares are made of.

I betcha that kind of thinking would get a "driving on dangerous roads beyond our ability in the winter is our right"

Maybe they were scared because they were on a remote stretch of highway with no cell service.

They should have rented a bigger van with a safe space/room in it.

I live among the creatures of the night (Edmonton)
....and the rental company puts on outright winter tires.....their prices have to go up to pay for them.....and the first ones to complain about the price increase and lable it as corporate greed guessed it....these idiots and others snowflakes just like them.

I run BF Goodrich KO2s on my vehicle. They're M+S rated... It doesn't mean drive 150kph in the slushy weather. It means that you won't lose as much traction compared to other all season or summer tires.
Drive according to the conditions. If it's icy and slushy? Slow down, be careful/mindful of the area/conditions and don't stomp the gas (unless you like fishtailing or sliding).
I've had drives home from work this year where I've had to do 60-70kph because conditions didn't warrant going faster. Sure it took me longer to get home, but I made it and didn't end up in the ditch or in another person's vehicle.

Even with full on winter tires it doesn't guarantee that you'll be able to drive like normal or under perfect conditions. I had a set of Winter tires (that still had plenty or tread) on my vehicle when I got it. Didn't stop my vehicle from sliding when the roads were icy. (I swapped those out as fast as I could for the KO2s and saw a noticeable improvement in handling in bad weather.)

Makes me wonder what type of tires these air heads install on their skateboards. Looking at them the truly look like skateboards are all they should be driving.
