there's several still available on GunBroker etc. and the mini action is still a 1500

all my Russian guns are "discontinued by the factory" but you can still buy them

    here's an example

I was surprised that they discontinued the heavy barrel 223's available as barreled actions- I don't see a lot of 223's in there current offerings
I am tempted to get the Oryx chassis for my 243 Howa. The 6.5CM HB barreled action I put in a LSS-xl works great.
Sure pretty much all of the bolts made by Howa are the 1500 action, except for the bolt 22's that I kind of want as well.

Have you considered the Bergara B14 Rimfire?

    http://www.bullseyelondon.com/bergar...10-rounds.html

It's still too new for any long-term reviews, but it looks promising.

Yeah I have seen those online, but not familiar with them.
The link would not work but I see 3 models of rimfire from $1500(B14) to $850 on the site-look pretty sharp but If I spent that on a 22 my wife would remove my left wheelnut! Now I've got to figure out how to hide it from her.

I know it is not a target rifle but my CZ 527 is a bloody laser beam. So happy with it, I’m handing out firearms to my offspring but the 527 ain’t going to be one of them.....

I've also found the Weatherby (Howa) Vanguard in 223 to be accurate. It's also moderately priced. I determined others can shoot my rifle more accurately than I can, so there is no point moving up - I'm fine with that. Aside from competitions, I don't see the need to have groups any tighter than what this rifle can do (under one inch at 100 yards).

    Review here:

Mine is not the "Sub MOA" designation, but it was advertised with that claim.

It says every rifle- I wonder if it includes the 22's too
