I have a 1950 LB. MINT with transit case and probably never issued as the condition is as perfect as possible. I have a guy trying to buy it but probably will keep it.

That's a beauty! Always wanted a good Long Branch.

I have a 1956 Fazakerly No.4 Mk.2 that I'm putting a scope on as soon as I get the no-gunsmithing S&K mount in the mail.

It has the usual rear sight: battle sight, flips up to the ladder sight, standard front post, but I can't tell how accurate it really is because the sight picture for me is not great. A black blob sitting on a black front post in a small aperture means that I can't get any consistency in where the rounds impact.

With the scope, I'll be able to see the target clearly and then I'll see how well it really shoots.

I'll post pics when I get it done.

That’s a beautiful rifle, better hide it. Bill B’Liar will be coming for it soon.
What country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance. Let them take arms."

I just bought one of these with transit case... Along with a No4 Mk1* (1944), a 1914 C-broad arrow marked No1Mk3 with bayonet and 1918 marked bag, and a DCRA 7.62 conversion. Now I just need a nice jungle carbine. It is addictive!
