SMS Bullseye long Range Camera system

I'm wondering if anyone has a review on the SMS Bullseye Long Range Camera System? How far have you used it to? How was the reception at a mile or beyond? How was the App to use on an Android device? How about an Apple iPad? Where did you buy it? How was the resolution? How far will the camera see? (ie: how far can you place the camera away from the target.)

I am interested in one of these units, but at around $800, I'd like to see some decent reviews. Any help is appreciated.

A shooting buddy was at our range last year when someone was using one.

It was set up at 400m and from his observation worked well...so well in fact next time we were in a gun store in Salmon Arm that stocked it he bought one. Likes it but only uses it when alone or with experienced shooters he knows as he is concerned some careless idiot may hit it.

Yeah, a couple of years ago we used one (not a Bullseye unit though) for targets at a mile and a half (2600 yards). It worked well. I'm looking into getting one.

It just arrived. I'll try it out this weekend on the mile range.

2 miles, wow that’s great! I hope it works well for you.

I was hoping to try it out on the 1 mile range this weekend. But the snow today and rain the past 2 days might delay my visit. The access road down range isn't the greatest even with a 4x4. And the last 100+ metres is only accessible by foot through very soft marshy/mushy ground.

I got out to the range on Tuesday but it’s been raining ever since.
