NFATalk - The Court Challenge Is Launching

[nothing unexpected. Nonetheless it might be calming to watch this month]

[re AK-47 banned before 1996 and there was a list then of many types of variants that had nothing to do with an AK-47. Over the years, and again this month, additional firearms have been banned because they're variants of things that aren't really variants of the AK-47 but legally are]

This is very much worth watching. It's more than "calming", it's invigorating. It gives hope.

That's up to you. It is definitely time to send them a donation, though. This case deserves support.

This will either be the NFA’s “Phoenix” moment, rising from the ashes of lost trust and misdirected efforts...

...Or it will be the last nail hammered into their pine box.

I hope to God it’s the former. Heaven knows we need every Org running at 100% right now.

Specifically, at the 48:00 mark. The italics are mine:

"If the court finds that the AR15 is quote reasonable for use for hunting or sporting purposes in Canada, then it can't be restricted, either." - Solomon Friedman.

This is only one reason (but a damned BIG one) why this case needs to be funded.

This is a huge deal, How could it not be found reasonable ? Is it not the most popular modern sporting and hunting rifle south of the border?
