    Yes, Yes they do!

As a matter of fact it's available without a gun license! (Gun powder, piece of flint and a round lead ball).

P.S. I am am officially obsessed with this revolver now. Visions of a reproduction are floating around in my imagination.

A repro would be astronomically expensive. I think there are older revolving pre-flintlock firearms too. I'd have to look though. Sort of have an idea where those books are.

There is a revolving matchlock currently in the Ducal Palace in Venice that dates from 1548. Supposedly the barrels revolved vs a cylinder. Also there were snaphance(or snaphaunce) just like the one in your picture. Isn't a flinter and the cylinder was turned manually. Predates the flintlock. Existing pieces date from the 16th Century too.
There are flinter revolvers that work like an SAA(as in the cylinder rotates when you cock the hammer) that date from the 1820's.
"...officially obsessed..." Real antique firearms will do that. Have a replica of the Swedish Medieval one with the guy's head on top. Isn't a 1" bore though and the "stock" is a shovel handle. Like this.

I always thought the Puckle Gun was one of the first revolvers, but this thing’s got it beat by a shade over 100 years.
