A problem we’ve all had from time to time.
Gun Control is about making it unlawful for you to use, carry, or possess a firearm.

All restrictions/prohibitions on the use, carriage, or possession of firearms must be repealed.

    Middle ground?

That seems to help, perhaps it is just stiffness and some rough edges around the mouth & extractor which need to smooth out.

I had a well used and worn 336 that'd jam if you didn't cycle it with authority, apparently not an uncommon quirk to the 336

I learned that on one of my first hunts.

Yeah, that seems to be it.

So not so great on Q&A from the Factory, it's a rough gun, but good news that this will work itself out.

That's the new marlins for ya, the last new one I shot, the safety flew out and the set screw for it disintegrate.
