Take a look at the Paris Climate Accord, like the UN it's a toothless tiger and a joke. Having the CPC agree to sit at the table accomplishes 2 things 1) takes away an arrow in the lieberals 2) always good to have someone in the enemy's camp.

Canada has failed to meet all it's promises and deadlines under the lieberals, so by going after the CPC( if government) for failure to meet objective will open them up to criticism.

Greenies have shown they are more interested in perception( being on committees etc) rather than results otherwise were is the outcry on our failure to meet the numbers?

I’m not in his head so I don’t know if he’s for it or not, but he has to say that he is if he ever hopes to affect policy in this country. There is no path to being the ruling party in Canada if you don’t play the political game, which right now in history is all about the environment.

Change is never facilitated from without, only from within. If you want in on the game, you have to bring your own team.

No, your party is globalist through and through.

Partly, but, not to the extent some would have us believe. Politically, globalism is a real "thing". Keeping a presence if for no other reason than to watch trends and gather information is a reasonable and prudent thing to do. Pulling out completely as the Americans have done leaves them unprepared for trends detrimental to their society as a whole. Our Conservatives aren't that myopic.

So where should one vote to get results? I have always go into this holding my nose, pretty much knowing I'm getting screwed regardless so who's buying me the nicest dinner?
