That's my point. You seem like a fairly smart individual, one that wouldn't need to consider the ramifications of putting your digeridoo into a mousetrap to understand the outcome. All of the examples where you've demonstrated what an AI summary looks like leave me wondering "why". It's "here's a new tool, now we need to find an application". It doesn't appear that it was developed to address a particular or specific "need", but rather an experiment that could be monetized, with value TBD.
As I have noted elsewhere this appears very similar to the EV push; in many areas there is no practical application for EV's. In that sense, how many people are actually going to use it? As far as generative AI goes, I see it as nothing more than a search engine/Ask Jeeves bastardization. Other forms of AI may eventually become useful in daily life but right now it appears there's a lot of hoopla for very little breaking of new ground.
