You do realize that every single PAL could be revoked at the stroke of an OIC pen?

You do realize that, should your PAL lapse, or be somehow not legal, then you would be in CRIMINAL possession of your own damn property?

... no, but unfortunately it is the current reality ... to date there is no main stream political party advocating repeal of firearms possession licensing

I remember the simple restricted firearm cert, this includes my HK G3 that I bought direct from Germany and was unregistered because there was no requirement at the time - even before FAC - matter of fact even when I owned my pistols during the FAC period I never had a FAC - it was why I already own them and as long as I maintained a range membership I could go shooting.

It sounds a lot like the origin of this and is more probate than firearms act/CCC and should involve a lawyer - that and why firearms owners need their firearms id'd in a will.
