On Oct. 21 [2019] — election day — Carr’s doctor phoned him after a routine blood test and told him to get to the emergency room at Winnipeg’s Health Sciences Centre.
September 30 2020, Jim Carr had the opportunity to join his colleagues in the House of Commons, virtually, for the first time since last year

Jim Car is the 'Minister without Portfolio' as a special representative for the Prairies.

What did Jim Carr accomplish in his role as Trudeau’s “Special Representative for the Prairies” in the last 14 months?

He accomplished nothing, except to talk down to Westerners whenever he did an interview. If anyone thinks he’s out to help the West, you’re sorely mistaken.

It won't matter -- he'll win an election if called this spring because he paid for it with our grandkid's taxes. I bet every person who got anything from CERB can't wait to return the favour.
