I bought a couple SKS rifles over the years and they both came with one of these.

The SKS did not come with an instruction manual.
My first thoughts are a corrosion inhibitor and a lubricant container.

One chamber is for oil, the other is for cleaner (kerosene for example).

My Biakail shotgun came with the exact same bottle......two different types of oil.
Nothing will F--k you up as much as the realization that there's no real reason the alphabet needs to be in order !!
