    Not in Manitoba. Crossbows and other launching devices are verboten for archery seasons.

    Crazyness.

    I can no longer use a compound, unless very lightweight due to shoulder damage the Docs refuse to take care of.

    You can use them for general season, but that’s why I own rifles... You can apply for a crossbow permit if there’s a medical reason you can’t draw a bow. I don’t know anyone that’s gotten it though. I tried to get the uncle to apply for it since his shoulders are shot, but his doctor wouldn’t write a note.

    You can apply to DNR for an exemption (use a crossbow) due to a medical condition
